Mr. Townes has 25 years of experience as manager, program / service developer, and fundraiser in ambulatory care. He has co-authored numerous books and articles, including Quality Assurance in Ambulatory Care (JCAHO), Excellence in Ambulatory Care (Jossey-Bass Publishers), and Quality Primary Care... Ideas That Work (Methodist Hospital of Indiana). Mr. Townes has served as both President and Secretary of the Indiana Primary Health Care Association and is a member of the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC)

Dale S. Benson, MD, FACPE - Senior Consultant
Certified in both Family Practice and Medical Management, Dr. Benson has nearly 40 years of ambulatory care experience as Director of a Community Health Center network, surveyor for the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), and popular lecturer / consultant on Quality Management and related issues. Dr. Benson has written or edited numerous books and articles for the American Hospital Publishing Company, Jossey-Bass Publishers, Aspen Publications, and others. He is Past President of the American College of Physician Executives (ACPE) and has received major awards for his pioneering work in ambulatory / primary care.
